Insights & Reporting Flow

• Insights page links now skip the report type step and take users directly to relevant reports
• Added a “Create Report” option to ensure users can still access the report builder easily
• Report selection flow improved for multi-app environments
• App selector now only appears when a business unit has more than one app available

Reporting Experience

• Default report behaviour improved:
  • Top Activity now defaults to table view with the option to switch to chart
  • Channel Activity updated to a bar chart grouped by service
• Added default date range when switching between reports
• Custom date range functionality implemented (with UI refinements)

UI & Usability

• Radio button inputs across reports now behave correctly and consistently
• Fixes to graph/table toggle issues for a smoother experience
• Brand crossover charts corrected and stabilised
• General UI polish and styling improvements across reports

Data Accuracy & Handling

• Reporting totals and pagination now correctly account for deleted members via cache
• Improvements to ensure totals update dynamically when member data changes

Fixes

• Fixed issue where multi-app setups were not appearing in report type selection
• Resolved issue with segments getting stuck on brand selection
• Fixed pagination and totals breaking when members were deleted
• Addressed inconsistencies between graph and table views
• Fixed brand visibility in global view (now prompts users to switch to a Business Unit)
